We invite you to take advantage of the solutions offered by WCSS, which support the implementation of research processes.
The wide range of services we offer includes both access to numerous tools and user support in the following areas: creating accounts, logging in, downloading and configuring certificates, as well as installing or configuring the provided IT tools.
Through our services, you can also use applications such as Zoom – support for organizing remote meetings – or Indico, which enables comprehensive management of events, conferences, lectures, seminars, and more.
We also offer access to the resources of the Bem 2 and Lem supercomputers. These systems provide compilers for running your own software as well as pre-installed specialized scientific applications (please note that the Bem 2 supercomputer operates on a Linux-based architecture and uses the SLURM queue management system). Additionally, we provide access to the Odra5 quantum computer.
Below you will find all the necessary instructions. We also provide training in the services offered and ongoing technical support. If you require information that is not included here or if training is needed, please contact us at: helpdesk@e-science.plor via the Element communicator. We will answer your questions, offer guidance, and provide the necessary assistance.

Please attach as much information as possible to each of your applications as: user login, task number, task order method (e.g. script name with all parameters, own script - in the form of an attachment) and the full path to the output files. This will facilitate and speed up the handling of your application.
We do not recommend using admin email addresses in correspondence, due to possible holidays and delegations.
